Jellas Hole Saw Kit
Jellas hole saws are used to cut perfectly round holes in a wide variety of materials. Because they only cut out the perimeter line of the hole, they are much more efficient than a spade drill or twist drill. Besides they can be used in conjunction with corded drills, cordless drills (of 18 volts or higher), drill presses, and even lathes, provided they have a 3/8 or 1/2 inch chuck.
How to Assemble the Hole Saw Kit?
- Insert drill bits to mandrel, and fasten the screws on the side of mandrel with hex key.
- Insert mandrel through bottom to top of saw blade.
- Put the installation plate on the saw, and then screw the nut to lock the installation plate and prevent them from being damaged(The the installation plate should between saw blade and nut). The gasket cannot be installed in reverse.
- Please ensure you have fastened the screws tightly on the side of mandrel with hex key and no wobble to ensure precise cutting.
- When you use saw blades ≥44 mm(1-3/4"), must use installation plate together.
- It's recommend using machines with Drilling speed: RPM ≤1000, which can prolong the life of the hole saw.
